Mushroom Shuffle

This collection derives from my decades as a graphic designer and once I stopped fighting my design past, I began incorporating the logos and icons into my artwork. Initially it felt empowering to break those logos apart as a form of rebellion -- but it became a technique that I love using to create my pieces. Each of these, I start by painting a canvas (the palette knife is my tool of choice), I do the logo and icon manipulation in photoshop, I have that printed onto the canvas and I paint again on top of the piece to complete my vision. Since I am a physical artist, when you become a collector you will also receive a limited edition signed and numbered print from me of your NFT! (1 of 50) All of my "broken" NFTs are the digital version of the original canvased physical piece. As a breast cancer survivor I had to learn to let things go and I use that idea when creating my art -- I never know what I am going to get when I begin and I let the logo work lead me to the finished piece.
