*** "Sorta Surreal" is a collection of concepts and creatures that exist but do not exist. *** Sonja is an interdisciplinary digital artist whose focus is oddities that have never previously been seen. Her process is deliberately vague, intuitive, weird, subtle yet not. She strives to create portals to your own subconscious. She believes the quality of existence is determined by breadth of imagination. Sonja does not "create" art, she believes that it exists in some energetic form already and just needs her assistance to emerge. The images that emerge feel completely magical to her.
